The expected arrival date applies from the date your package is shipped. All overnight, 2nd day and 3 day orders placed after 12noon PST will ship out the following day and if on a Friday or holiday, it will ship the next business day.
You will be notified via email with your FEDEX/ UPS Tracking Number as soon as your order is shipped. You can also log into FEDEX/ UPS to check the arrival date.
PLEASE NOTE: Ground orders typically have a transit time of approximately 3 days to major metropolitan areas and 5 days to more rural areas. Please note that while FEDEX/ UPS is always fast and accurate, Ground Shipping does not guarantee an exact arrival date. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, we encourage you to let us know if you want to choose the expedited options at an additional charge.
Orders placed between Friday at 3pm PST and Monday before 10am PST will not be processed until Monday.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED within 14 days period. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the return does not comply with this policy.
Refunds will be given in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase IF ITEM IS RETURNED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of receiving of goods. All orders returned within 14 days time period will be subject to credit. Discrepancy on order must be reported to our office within 3 days of receiving of goods.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. For your protection, we recommend using UPS, Fed Ex, or Certified USPS for your return.
1. Please call to get a Return Authorization number, for proper credit.
2. Repackage your return securely in a box comparable to the one you received your item in.
3. Please write the Return Authorization number outside of the box.
4. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FED EX, DHL, or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
5. Keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
6. Once Royal Best receives the returned item, we will issue the appropriate refund or credit and send you a copy of the receipt via email.
